Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WP-AI Launch Canada's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

WP-AI Launch Canada provides AI-powered WordPress website building services, including website creation assistance, content generation tools, design customization options, and hosting solutions designed for Canadian businesses.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

Payment Terms and Billing

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are due upon invoice. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and electronic transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees as permitted by Canadian law.

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of your business content and data. WP-AI Launch Canada retains ownership of our proprietary AI technology, software, and methodologies. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for providing our services.

Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, WP-AI Launch Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your service at any time with written notice. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, which varies by service package. Custom development work is generally non-refundable once commenced.

Data Backup and Recovery

We perform regular backups of your website data, but you are encouraged to maintain your own backups. While we make every effort to prevent data loss, we cannot guarantee complete data recovery in all circumstances.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal activities, to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts for any legal proceedings.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to retrieve your data, after which we may delete your information in accordance with our data retention policies.
